Stephen King’s “It” appears to be on track to be his biggest horror hit ever. His adaptation is already the highest-grossing King horror movie ever in North America (and worldwide), even adjusted for inflation, having passed The Shining ($44m in 1980, $145m adjusted).
But there’s an even scarier video than “It” making it’s debut this weekend. And what makes this horror flick so scary, is that’s it’s a true story. Not based on the truth. The truth. And who are the victims? It’s not some teenagers camping in the woods…
It’s ordinary Americans….
