New Podcast! Lastest Edition Of The Monty Campbell Show: How To Copy Your Way To Success!

Financial Freedom

“Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesized new things.”

Does anyone want to take a guess as to who made that statement? It was none other than one of the greatest innovators and creators of our time, the late Steve Jobs.

Are you a little surprised that Jobs, being such a prolific creator, basically said that we don’t really create things, it’s more like we connect things?

Well, I couldn’t agree more.

In fact, one of the first pages to be created on my blog was the My Story section. On that section, I state very clearly that I didn’t create anything when it comes to building wealth. Rather, I mention on that page, that I simply connected the dots that were already there. To use Job’s term, I just synthesized things.

That’s the topic of today’s episode of the Monty Campbell show! On today’s edition, we’ll be talking about creating, connecting and copying your way to success. Tune-in below!

I think this podcast could be listened to and re-listened to to keep motivated. Everything here is common sense. We sometimes fell like our situation is so unique that no one else has these situations come up.

    • Monty Campbell

Yes, most things about achieving success are just common sense, applied over and over again!

This podcast hit home with me. Consistency is the # 1 reason we win and lose. When I speak of winning I am talking about with us, not against others. Let say you make a decision to live a healthier life style. This is about you and for you, therefore only you can do it and the way to get it done is being CONSISTENT.

    • Monty Campbell

You said it. Thanks for listening!

Great insights and helpful suggestions. Concise yet right to the point, or I should say, 5 points! Thank you for exposing the excuses.

Great podcast! I have been very inconsistent over the past few months and need to re-focus on consistency. I’ll definitely try all of the modeling tips.

    • Monty Campbell

Thank you! That’s the ticket – consistent, methodical work towards your goals.

Sometimes I feel stuck and so I don’t do anything. The idea that this just means that I want two different and opposing things – not that I am lazy, or unmotivated, or don’t know what to do – really hit home for me.

    • Monty Campbell

Glad you got something out of the podcast!

I agree with the points you make in the podcast. We can sometimes get so busy trying to find something new that we ignore what is right in front of us.

    • Monty Campbell

Absolutely Kyle. That’s the entire point of the podcast. Success leaves tracks. Just follow the tracks.
